We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed. Normally, it takes 2–3 business days before your package is shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer - but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your package has been shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the carrier and your delivery address. Please note that factors beyond our control - such as weather, transport delays, or customs processing may affect delivery times.
We offer free and trackable shipping on all orders. If you have specific delivery requests, please contact us to explore express shipping options for an additional fee.
If you need to update the delivery address for an order you’ve already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@somnusdesign.com
We’ll do our best to assist, but once your order has begun processing or is being prepared for shipment, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.
We do our best to ship orders promptly. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 2–3 hours of placing your order at contact@somnusdesign.com and include your order number. After processing has begun, we’ll still try to help, but cancellation can’t be guaranteed.
If your order isn’t collected, it will be sent back to us by the carrier. A €20 handling fee will apply to cover return and processing costs. If you’d like to cancel your order, please collect the package first and then reach out to us so we can arrange the return properly.
Beyond your legal consumer rights, all Somnus Design products come with a 1-year warranty. It covers manufacturing and material defects, as well as functional faults not caused by misuse. The warranty doesn’t include normal wear, accidental damage, improper use, poor maintenance, or alterations to the product.
If something goes wrong during the warranty period, just email us at contact@somnusdesign.com with your order number and a short description of the issue - photos or a quick video really help. Depending on the situation, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your product. Your legal consumer rights remain fully protected.
